The second season of the School District of New Berlin’s community concert series will be three times bigger than the inaugural 2022-23 slate. It kicked off November 3rd with Pat McCurdy and continues through May. 

Mark your calendars for these upcoming shows:

• Friday, Dec. 15 - The WhiskeyBelles (Country / Americana / Christmas)
• Wednesday, Dec. 20 - Tenors MKE (Christmas)
• Friday, Feb. 9 - Joshua Michael Band, Dan Lepien Band, The WhiskeyBelles (Classic Country)
• Friday, April 19 - The 5 Card Studs (60's and 70's Radio Hits)
• Friday, May 17 - Goran and Morgan of The Gufs (Acoustic 90's Alternative Rock)

All shows are at the West Performing Arts Center, 18695 W. Cleveland Ave., New Berlin.

“We’re extremely excited about this year’s lineup of incredible performers,” said Kevin Hanson, the district’s technical theater and facilities coordinator. “The WestPAC is a beautiful venue, and we are thrilled to invite our community to enjoy these great shows right here in New Berlin.

“We launched the concert series last year with two shows, and thanks to the level of enthusiasm we experienced then, we expanded this year’s slate to include some holiday shows and more genres – really something for a wide range of audiences.”

The concert series is put on in partnership with the Education Foundation of New Berlin (EFNB); EFNB volunteers will sell beer, soda and water during the performances, beginning one hour before the show through intermission. Proceeds from the concerts benefit the WestPAC and the EFNB.

“We are grateful to expand our partnership with the school district to present this year’s concert series,” said Julie Cordero, director of the EFNB. “It’s a fun way to bring people together and show off our beautiful venue while raising money for programs that directly benefit our students and staff.”
